Timetable

The workshop will begin at 9:00 AM (8:30 AM for coffee and tea) on Sunday, August 26th in Scala 2 of the Astrid Park Plaza Hotel. Each session will last two to three hours. Refreshments will be served at regular intervals: 8:30 AM (before the workshop), 10:30 AM, and 3:00 PM. A buffet lunch is scheduled for 12:00 PM in the hotel’s “Windows of Antwerp” restaurant. The workshop will conclude at 6:00 PM. An informal (and uofficial) dinner will be take place somewhere in Antwerp for those interested.

Presentations

Presentations are to last ten minutes (or less) and consist of no more than seven slides. Slides will be posted on the workshop web site.

Discussion

Lots of time will be allocated in each session for discussion of presentations and specific topics.
